The olives for this oil were grown by Clemente in the protected area of the Gargano National Park near Manfredonia, in the Puglia region of Italy. Harvested by hand and cold pressed within 24 hours, and bottled immediately. Characterized by an intense and fruity flavor with a dense and clear golden color, it is ideal for raw diets. Highly nutritional and plenty of vitamin value, this oil holds unmatched organoleptic properties which is why it was granted the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) certificate.
